24 Days of Unplugged AI — Advent Calendar

> countdown.start(24) An advent calendar for kids growing up with AI. One screen-free activity a day, from 1 to 24 December, about how computers and AI really work.

Day 1 your kid runs their first program (out loud, in a robot voice). By Christmas Eve they have decoded binary baubles, debugged an elf's hot chocolate recipe, trained a toy-sorting "model", cracked Santa's secret code and planned Santa's shortest route around the house. Every day ends with a two-minute talk about it question for the family.
